Hunger Kicks In


So its11am the hunger pangs are starting i was doing well ive only been drinking water and smoking but then i had a little fruit salad that's going to cost me what annoys me i didn't need it and now my stomach wants more!! So that means diet pills and skipping lunch and plenty of water the problem is the calories i will consume at tea time i need to keep to a minimum and get me through my first stages  of  hunger! I think some more water and sleep for my workout later! Anything to avoid stuffing my fat face i got over the not eating when im not hungry now i need to get through this!! Any advice??
